When ordering the women's pioneer clothing, I ask for measurements instead of sizes for Style 1 (the fitted dress that buttons to the waist) and Style 3 (the skirt and blouse set). The women's pattern sizes are different from standard clothing sizes, the measurements ensure a better fit.
When measuring for women's and girl's dresses, the chest is measured under the arms, around the fullest part.
The waist is measured at the natural waistline, the narrowest part of the waist.
The back waist length is measured in the back, from the base of the neck to the natural waistline.
The dress length is measured from the top of the shoulder to the hem.
When taking measurements, measure wearing the undergarments you will be wearing under the dress. Don't measure over outer clothing (shirts, jeans, etc).
Bonnets
I make bonnets in sizes for infants up to adults.
The baby bonnets are made in 3 sizes, they are as follows:
0-3 months--15" head circumference
3-6 months--16 1/2" head circumference
6-12 months--18" head circomference.
I have girls bonnets in 2 sizes, small and large. The small is for toddler up to size 4 or 5. The large bonnet fits up to girls size 14.

Washing Instructions
The pioneer bonnets can be hand washed or machine washed gentle cycle in cold water, dry on low heat. Iron as needed.
The pioneer dresses and aprons are machine washable gentle cycle in cold water, dry on low heat. Iron as needed.
